Contact messages
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to supply, such as your name, email address, subject and message. We use it to respond to enquiries and deal with corrections. Our intended lawful basis for ordinary enquiries is legitimate interests in operating the site and responding to correspondence. Please do not include sensitive client information.
Services involved
The contact page currently directs enquiries to our email address. When you use that link, your email provider processes the message, and our mailbox receives it. Your message is not submitted through a website form.
If we enable the web form, Cloudflare will provide bot protection and process the submission before forwarding it to our mailbox. The contact page will show the form only when that service is available. Cloudflare also provides the site's hosting when the site is deployed there.
Retention
Our retention policy is to keep ordinary contact correspondence for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for an unresolved matter or applicable obligation.
Tools and analytics
The checklist runs in your browser and does not submit or save your selections. No analytics property is configured at launch. Read the cookie notice for preference storage and the contact service.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, data-protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. Contact the address above to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
